Steadfast Academy offers an exceptional integrated Islamic and Cambridge education for students ages 2-18. Our admissions process is designed to ensure a good fit between your child's educational needs and our program.
At Steadfast Academy, we believe that every child has unique talents and potential. Our admissions process helps us understand your child's strengths, interests, and educational background so that we can provide the best possible learning environment.
We welcome applications from families who share our commitment to academic excellence and Islamic values. Our diverse student body creates a rich learning community where students develop not only strong academic skills but also character, leadership, and a sense of social responsibility.
We are currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 academic year across all grade levels from Early Years to Year 12 (A Levels).
Admissions Journey
A streamlined three-step process
Our streamlined process ensures the perfect match between your child and our learning community.
Initial Application
- Submit online inquiry or contact our administrative office
- Complete comprehensive application form
- Pay non-refundable interview/examination fee (KSh 1,000)
- Schedule personalized interview with administrative office
Assessment & Observation
- Comprehensive student assessment for placement
- Oral interview with administration for both students and parents
- Classroom observation experience (KSh 5,000 per week)
- Submission of required documents (birth certificate, previous school reports)
Enrollment & Integration
- Rapid admission decision within 24-48 hours
- Secure placement refundable caution fee of (KSh 15,000)
- Completion of enrollment contract and required documentation
- Personalized new student orientation program

Steadfast Academy accepts students from ages 2 to 18, covering Early Years (ages 2-4), Key Stage 1-4 (Years 1-11), and A Levels (Years 12-13). Each grade level has specific age requirements, and we assess each child's readiness individually.
